We had a wonderful thanksgiving day with my in-laws. My father in law was not going to make it to thanksgiving b/c of work but at the last minute then flew him in on wednesday night and he was able to be there. We had so much fun taking pictures, eating, playing with my nieces, eating, watching football (aggies almost had them), and oh did i say eating!! My mother and sister in law do most of the cooking and seriously it was the best. They cooked 2 turkeys this year so we pretty much got to take a whole turkey home. We were excited! I have a wonderful recipe called turkey al la king that i make after thanksgiving and it is my favorite! I would share the recipe but i don't know the measurements b/c i just throw it all together! But I will tell you what is in it:
butter
flour
milk
(mix all that like u are ma
king gravy)
then add chopped mushrooms
pimentos
and chopped turkey
That is it! Then you make toast and put it over the toast and you get a little taste of heaven!
We took a lot of pictures on thursday but I can't share them just yet b/c they are christmas pictures so you will have to wait a few more weeks! Sorry i wish i had some pictures to share.
Justin and i put up christmas stuff this weekend and it looks great! I was not going to put a tree up b/c we are gone so much this christmas but yesterday I did it when my hubby was gone for the day. My sister in law came over and helped so Thank you Julie! Now it feels more like christmas in my house!

I hope and pray everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family!
Favorite verse at church yesterday:
John 15:9-11 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
Love and Blessings to all!
Your tree looks beautiful!!
