It's a..........:)

Praise God! As many of you probably know we are so excited to announce that God has entrusted us to raise one of His beautiful DAUGHTERS! And man she sure is a beautiful little girl!

She is all curled up in my belly:) 3-D of her! I think she is just precious!

The story goes that we actually told a little lie to everyone..:).... we told everyone we were finding out on thurs feb 18th when we actually found out wed feb 17th:) We wanted a day to ourselves for what God had blessed us with to soak in before we told the good news:) Also we wanted to surprise some of our family and friends with pink or blue cupcakes, M&M's, and mints

! It was amazing! Showing up to our family and friends houses with cupcakes was such a blast. They were so excited for us and we could not ask for better family and friends. 
So on Wednesday was the big day slept very well (surprisingly)! And woke up feeling anxiously excited to  start planning. By the time I got to the doctors office I had a little pit in my stomach. Not a bad pit...... just a nervous pit. When she called us back our hearts leaped b/c by this time we both had made each other nervous. Right when she started w/ the sonogram she went straight to looking for his or her little parts. But she couldn't see very clearly b/c she was so still.  She wouldn't move at all. My husband said after a minute does it have a heartbeat (he was scared to death something was wrong) And she said "oh yes yes here it is!" We both just smiled at each other when we heard that sweet little heartbeat. It is one of the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard. So the sonogram tech asked if I could start pushing on my belly a little bit to get her to start moving. I had never heard of that but I went ahead and started pushing. HOLY MOLY it was so weird! I started pushing on her little head and on the screan you could see her little head moving from me pushing. It was crazy awesome! She started kinda moving around a little  more once I was pushing on her for a minute or so.  She said she thought it was a girl but she said I don't guess so I better keep looking to make sure. But at one point in the sonogram we saw her write this.......

Wow it really was a GIRL!! ahhhhhhh all I could think was bows, pink and girlie stuff!!! I looked at my husband who was smiling and he said "Baby we better start saving for a wedding!" Not really the 1st words I wanted out of his mouth but then after a few minutes he got a little emotional and said "but I get to walk our girl down the isle one day!" It was so so sweet! He is such a tender hearted man and that is why I love him so much! In bed later that night when my husband and I were praying together it was so awesome to pray for HER:) Praying for her little life, for what God is going to do in her life and even for her future husband. It was such a special time to pray for this sweet little miracle! 
The next day my husband and I went and celebrated w/ a fun dinner. We also went shopping for her 1st outfits. It was so fun watching my husband light up when we got to the girl stuff. He kept saying awwwwww look at this..... ohhhhh look how cute this is..... and on on about how cute girl stuff is. Of course I was too but I already knew how cute the girl stuff was going to be:) So her 1st outfits 

Momma picked the one on the left and Daddy picked out the one on the right:)

Also Daddy found this onezie and immediately said He had to have it

Already a Daddy girl I guess:) 

I can't wait to start planning for her room, her bedding and more clothes and bows:) 

To Our little girl,

Daddy and Mommy love you more and more everyday. We are praying you love Jesus Christ the way he loves us. We are praying for your inmost being as God knits you together in my womb. We are already so proud to call you our daughter and can't wait to see and kiss your sweet face. I am not sure I will put u down the 1st year of your life. Please get ready to love pink and bows b/c Mommy is a little obsessed w/ both.  Again we love you so much and are praising God that He blessed us w/ YOU!!

As of right now I would love for some prayer b/c I have been cramping off and on every few days and it just scares me a little. So pray a hedge of protection around this little girl and that cramping will completely stop!
