Happy Easter

HAPPY EASTER 2010

We have 18 1/2 weeks to go (which makes me 21 1/2 weeks:) This week has still been wonderful! I feel like a million bucks! I can't Praise God enough for giving me this feeling of happiness and joy. Only HE can do this to me. The #1 thing I love the most right now if feeling Skylan move so much. I can't say it enough that it feels overwhelmingly wonderful. I love just staring at my belly for hours. It is so fun watching my belly pop up and down. Justin and I think it's so cute to watch her. It never gets old.

Well we just had a very  busy weekend. My parents got here on thursday afternoon and we have been working none stop on Skylan's room. I haven't seen my parents in 9 weeks and I was about to die! So spending all weekend w/ them was wonderful.  Justin and I started the room 3 weeks ago getting as much done as we could before my parents got here. Her room  just takes my breath away! Take a look......

It turned out more beautiful than I ever thought it could! Thank you to my beautiful husband for working so hard! You are going to be the best Daddy in the world! Dad and Mom thank you coming down and helping so much!  Skylan is so loved and she isn't even here! So Blessed!

While my parents were here we went to Good Friday service.  It was breathtaking! Such a beautiful service and it was my 1st time taking communion being pregnant. When I ate and drank the body of Christ so did Skylan. I know she doesn't know it yet but I pray God is instilling in her of His amazing Love as she grows in my belly. In fact the coolest part was that I have never had a more active child than friday night service. I know it was God getting my attention to never take Him for granted. It meant so much knowing that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and that God willingly sent His son. I couldn't do that! He died for me and I don't deserve it at all! It was a beautiful reminder of what our Lord Jesus Christ did for us! 

My favorite verse from fridays service:

Galatians 2:20   I have been crucified w/ Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

I can't wait till Easter 2011. We will have an 8 month old little girl. I will have taken pictures of her w/ the easter bunny and in the blue bonnets and YES she will have the biggest bow you have ever seen...... just kidding..... kinda;)~
